Peppermint has been used extensively in eastern and western medicine for a variety of complaints. Our Peppermint essential oil is steam distilled from peppermint plants and is pretty strong stuff. Please keep its intensity in mind if specifying a blend. Note: Those who are pregnant should use essential oils only after consulting with their physicians.
