   Iaire

A pure floral composed of notes from cyclamen, freesia, carnations, lotus and white lilies, with musky and woody undertones. Light, airy and calming.  If you are fond of Issey Miyake's L'Eau D'Issey, you will find Iaire to be remarkably similar.

 

  Impulsive

 

Featuring a heart of sweet citrus, Impulsive blends top notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin, middle floral notes of sweet white clover, lily of the valley and white orchid, and base notes of warm musk, white amber and cotton wood. A close complement to Kenneth Cole's Reaction. This is a clearance scent.

 

 Iris Florentina

 

A core note in many a famous perfume, iris is an outstanding floral that you will likely recognize in many fragrances once you have smelled it. Since ancient times, the iris has been a symbol of power and majesty. Egyptians placed the iris on the sceptre of their rulers and the three leaves in its blooms symbolized faith, wisdom and valor. The French kings adopted the fleur-de-lis as their heraldic symbol, which is in fact a stylized depiction of the iris. Also known as orris, irises have some similarities to violets but its aroma is richer, deeper and less fleeting. An unforgettable floral.

This fragrance is a delectable blend of sugar, vanilla pods and rich milk. Super creamy and buttery, it's impossible to resist. Possibly better than a real mug of sweet hot milk with vanilla!   Lavender (Essential Oil)

Good old Lavender, straight up! Made with lavender essential oil, which has a sharp astringent quality, the scent is extremely true and authentic. This oil is also good for minor scalds and burns and in alleviating headaches and nausea due to lavender essential oil's many healing properties. (Lavender essential oil is an extremely potent component in custom blends and is not recommended at a usage rate of more than 5% without overwhelming other scent components).    Mandalay Plantation

 Mother Earth

The gardeners among us will instantly recognize this scent of freshly turned earth. A take on spring and renewal that differs from the usual sanitized green herbals. Make no mistake, however, this is a clean earthy scent, surprisingly good alone and in blends to act as an anchor for airy notes. It's the smell of dirt but not a dirty smell. Clear as mud?

    Musk Melon Cantata

This is a scent that you cannot afford to miss! The scent of a ripe musk melon is like no other, a little less sweet than cantaloupe and with an intriguing musky and white tea underpinning that catapults this scent into the must try category.

Based on the Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa (agarbatti) incense from India, nag champa is renowned for its earthy scent and is traditionally used in meditation. Our version of contains juniper, patchouli and vanilla and notes of rose gernaium and jasmine to give it a light touch of sweetness.

  Naughty Girl

Pair the most delicious Gingerbread you can think of with hints of frosting, chocolate, amber, nutmeg, molasses and citrus peels and you've got this Naughty Girl. Come, be naughty and indulge!

 Neroli Di Orsini

Neroli di Orsini is the very expensive essential oil of the Italian orange blossom distilled from flowers grown in the Calabria region of Italy, widely considered to be the finest available. It has been used in perfumes for courtiers and queens alike. The Body Perfumery offers you a lovely interpretation of the true scent of the Italian orange blossom in our version of Neroli di Orsini. Don't confuse orange blossom with orange! This is not a citrus scent - for that, try our very excellent Orange Satsuma.

  Nolita

An enchanting floral with seductive notes of licorice flowers, this voluptuous fragrance also contains notes of pineapple, rose, lemon, vanilla, tonka bean, and musk. Don't pass this one up if you are a fan of the Lolita Lempicka fragrance!

This blend of the same name is a sophisticated amalgamation of fern, lavender, peach, apple, jasmine, rose, lily and ambergris, finished with a gust of fresh mountain air and soft sandalwood. Like a length of white satin, this scent is cool, confident and smoothly polished.

  Nutcracker

Create the proper wintertime holiday spirit with Nutcracker! Citrus top notes sparkles with fir needles and mulberry, ending on a spicy blend of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Orange Satsuma is a bright tangy juicy orange fragrance with hints of pineapple, grapefruit and apple. This is a fresh citrus scent.

  Orangerie

This blend of orange blossoms, sweet oranges, green ferns, oakmoss, vetiver and mimosa will transport you to a romantic 19th century greenhouse where both orange trees and romance bloom year round. If you are a fan of Serge Luten's Fleurs d'Oranger, this fragrance will be just your type of "fleur".

  Osmanthus

Osmanthus flowers come from a Chinese evergreen, and in China, where they're used to scent tea, they are known as Kwei Hwa. This exotic fragrance is floral-fruity, astringent and fresh. It's been described as a combination of jasmine with a suggestion of plum and raisins. If you want to combine it with other fragrances, I've already done one for you (see China Tea, a blend of Osmanthus and Green Tea). This is one of my favorite florals. If tea- like fragrances appeal to you, then Osmanthus might surprise you.

  Oakmoss

If you like the great outdoors, here's your chance to smell like all the scents of the forest rolled into one. This is a unisex scent that works well alone or in combinations with other scents to add a darker, mysterious note.

  Orange Blossom

Transport yourself to a garden oasis with this blend of orange blossom, clementine leaves and water lily. Both fresh and romantic, Orange Blossom is a must try if you like Jo Malone's version.

 Orange Chiffon Cake

A base of rich buttery poundcake is uplifted by a strong zippy portion of orange zest. Light hints of coconut and caramel complete this wondrous foody fragrance.

  Oriental Fantasy

If you like Obsession, the classic oriental fragrance created by Calvin Klein in 1985, then Oriental Fantasy must go on your shopping list. This fragrance blending together mandarin, bergamot, vanillin, jasmine, orange blossom, coriander, tagette, amber, and oakmoss is a terrific choice for an evening fragrance. Fans of light florals should steer away from Oriental Fantasy, but if you like mature, dark, woodsy spicy scents, then there is no better choice.

   Patchouli

Love it or hate it, Patchouli is an unique fragrance that is unmistakable for anything else. Smoky and deep, our patchouli smells just like the essential oil, with the same pungent intensity that warms as well as relaxes. (Note: Patchouli is an extremely potent scent that in custom blends should be used in small quantities in order to avoid overwhelming the other scent components.)

 Pecan Pie

Toasted pecans and dark brown sugar combine to create this mouth-watering scent that is more nutty than sweet. Discontinued. Still available while supplies last.

  Peppermint (Essential Oil)

Cultivated since ancient times in China and Japan, peppermint is a perennial herb with underground runners. It has been discovered in the tombs of Egypt dating from 1000 BC. Peppermint has been used extensively in eastern and western medicine for a variety of complaints. Our Peppermint essential oil is steam distilled from peppermint plants and is pretty strong stuff. Please keep its intensity in mind if specifying a blend. Note: Those who are pregnant should use essential oils only after consulting with their physicians.

    Persian Love Cake

Sweet rosewater, cardamom, pastry cream and light chiffon cake combine to form Persian Love Cake, a confection with a transcendent aroma and a hybrid identity bridging the East and the West. If you want to try your hand at making a real Persian Love Cake, have a look at this recipe from Epicurious.

   Pretty Darling

Fresh and sparkling, this fragrance has fruity notes of apple and pear and a floral bouquet of fresh muguet and jasmine. Drydown consists of rich musk and precious woods. Fans of Annick Goutal's Petite Cherie will no doubt become devotees of Pretty Darling as well.

  Provincia

Provincia is a soft and beautiful scent inspired by the fine milled soaps of France. This gorgeous and classy fragrance is reminiscent of pure soap and water or freshly laundered linens, and is infused with notes of Provencal lemon, cotton blossom, rose geranium, sweet lime and soft violet musk. It's as delicate and comforting as being in a beautiful open field on the first day of spring. If you like the Clean brand's Provence fragrance, you owe it to yourself to give Provincia a try.

  Pumpkin Pie
